Other Therapies Hypnotherapy & NLP
Hypnosis or trance is a relaxed and pleasant state where the unconscious mind is open to learn so changes can be made. Trance is an everyday occurrence, something you would have experienced without being aware of it, e.g. watching the TV, driving a car or general day dreaming. During our work you will be in complete control. You will not say or do anything you are not comfortable with. Most clients comment how pleasant the experience was.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) was developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler, a psychologist, and John Grinder, A professor of linguistics, as a method for personal change. It models areas of success and when these models are introduced to the client, excellent changes can be made in a short space of time.
Hypnotherapy combined with NLP is a safe and gentle way of resolving issues and can often work very quickly; many issues may only take two sessions. Sessions last approximately 1 hour
In addition to solving issues, this combined therapy is excellent for confidence building in a variety of areas, such as Driving tests, interviews and exams.

EFT
EFT is one of the new Power Therapies, also known as ‘Energy Psychology’ which are developed from the ancient Chinese meridian energy system - it is a form of emotional acupuncture without the needles, and is based on the premise that all negative emotions are the result of a disruption in the body’s energy system.
EFT works by clearing the blockage or disruption by tapping on the end points of the body’s energy meridians (while thinking of a specific issue) which sends pulses of energy to rebalance the body’s energy system in relation to that thought/specific issue. Shifting energy changes the way the brain processes information about a particular issue, and so tapping while tuned in to the issue is like rewiring or rerouting the brain's conditioned negative response. You can imagine how liberating this is if you or someone you know has suffered from a phobia, or traumatic memories. EFT also works in the same way to release the limiting thoughts and beliefs that get in the way of your success, happiness, health and inner peace.
Louay’s Story
Lyn had taught me how to use EFT for healing of a leg injury, but I was amazed at just how powerful EFT is. I recently had to go into hospital to have a metal plate removed from the injured leg,. Following the operation I was initially given morphine for pain relief, but during the early hours of the morning I was only offered paracetamol, which had no affect on the pain at all, I started to get really angry, why would they not give me something stronger? I then decided to EFT tap for the pain and anger, not really expecting it to work, after all I had only just had surgery, so I was thrilled when the next thing I knew it was 7am.
